You know what they say about March

March -- in like a stuffed lion, out like a lamb chair.

 Secrets, secrets are some fun

I think I've discovered what our daughter will look like when she knows a secret.

 Not your average hoodie

Either a small Jedi or a tiny monk has snuck into our home. Either way, we are no match for such a cute force. We should all experience such happiness in a hooded towel.

 The tip of her tongue

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Our daughter has taken to reminding us that she that she has a tongue recently. This may have something to do with our response, which is either to laugh or respond in kind.

I believe it's almost time for Charm School. Either that or we will just accept the fact that at times our daughter will be slightly inappropriate for public consumption...just like her father.

 The kids and their computers

We all want our children to go into the family business. So the little lady has two choices -- writer or city worker.

She demonstrates her typing form above, which is slightly better than the cat's method of resting her hindquarters on the space bar or her head on the mouse. Ideally, her parents won't force her to take a typing course in high school -- although it is the reason her father can type 70 mistake-free words a minute today.

 Hats Off, Hats On

In an effort to prepare our daughter for a life filled with mickey mouse ears, Chicago Cubs baseball caps, and the occasional tiara -- her lovey (a small diagonal blanket with the stuffed animal head of a monkey) took a turn as a hat.

We'll just say this moment left her slightly perplexed in a fairly similar fashion to what her father will inevitably experience once he begins his attempt to assemble the ExerSaucer. Hopefully, I too will be brave and just chew my lower lip in consternation.
